This strategic move aims to strengthen the company's position as a leader in providing high-quality distribution centers in Eastern Indonesia.

The newly acquired warehouse in Sidoarjo boasts impressive specifications designed to meet diverse logistics needs. The facility offers ample space for various operations with a total land area of 31,390 square meters and a net leaseable area (NLA) of 21,651 square meters. The warehouse is strategically divided into 18,732 square meters for dry storage, 1,983 square meters for cold storage, and 936 square meters dedicated to office space, ensuring efficient management of different product types and administrative functions.

To support optimal logistics operations, the facility is equipped with state-of-the-art features. The warehouse floor can withstand a load capacity of 5 tons per square meter, while its 14-meter height clearance allows for maximum vertical storage utilization. Access and safety are prioritized with 36 electric sliding-up doors and 3 emergency doors.

The facility has 14 inbound and 18 outbound dock levelers, each measuring 1.8 m by 2.4 m, ensuring efficient loading and unloading operations. Additionally, the warehouse offers ample parking space, accommodating 30 trucks, 10 cars, and 200 motorcycles, ensuring convenience for staff and visitors alike.
